Am I going to be locked into a long contract?

No, you only pay month-to-month, and you can make changes (or cancel) on your own in your billing account any time you’d like.


What’s a “location” in regards to pricing?

Our pricing is for each location of your business. Usually this means the street address of your business. So for example if you have a location at 535 Main Street, and another location at 2254 Ocean Avenue, then you have 2 “locations”. Each location has their own Review Management System Dashboard and Landing Page, and also has their own pages on each review site.

If you have multiple professionals at 1 location (for example a doctor’s or attorney’s office) and you want to get reviews for each professional, then each will be considered an individual location due to the way that review sites structure their review pages. But if you want to get reviews for the entire business (not reviews for each individual professional) then you can just sign up for 1 location.

I want to sign up more than 1 location, what do I do?

Just complete this form and let us know how many locations and which plan you’d like to sign up for and we’ll send you a direct link to complete your registration.

Is there a discount if I have more than 1 location?

Absolutely. The following discounts are automatically applied starting with your 4th location:

What if I’m not happy with the service?

You have complete control of your account and may make modifications or cancel at any time. Additionally, if you aren’t 100% happy within the first 30 days, just cancel your account and let us know that you’d like a refund. Once we receive your request it will be processed within 24 hours. (The Setup/Trial fee is non refundable unless you cancel within 3 business days. M-F 10am-4:30PM EST)
